There was a fight for the number one single in the British music charts this week as three new entries land in the top ten at 1, 2, and 3! Maroon 5 get the third spot with their Stones inspired new single Moves Like Jagger featuring Christina Aguilera. Scottish R&B and Soul singer/songwriter Emeli Sandé enters at number two with her single Heaven but it’s British rapper and grime MC Wretch 32 who grabs the top spot with his track Don’t Go featuring Josh Kumra.

Having gained the number one single last week, Nero jumps straight to the top of the British album charts with their new album Welcome Reality. Two new entries also land in the top ten from former Busted and Fightstar band member Charlie Simpson. He debuts his solo album Young Pilgrim that enters at number six this week. The Ultimate Collection by John Denver is the other new entry that lands at number seven.
