As it’s Friday we thought we would bring you this little video viral of ex-bandmates Roger Waters and David Gilmour reuniting onstage at London’s O2 Arena last night, Thursday May 12th.
Waters is touring with his new The Wall Live tour with is based on Pink Floyd’s 1980 The Wall tour and there was talk that Gilmour would perform one song with Waters at one of the concerts. It seems that came to fruition last night when Gilmour appeared onstage, or rather on the wall for a rendition of Comfortably Numb.
Apart from a private benefit gig in 2000 the two haven’t performed together since Live 8 back in 2005 and the performance comes closely behind the announcement of a massive Pink Floyd remastered back catalog reissue. Check out our previous post for full details here.
Don’t expect a full Pink Floyd reunion anytime soon but if you are keen to see Roger Waters and David Gilmour together again, then check out the footage of the two performing at last nights concert.
