British singer and songwriter Elvis Costello will be headlining this years Newport Folk Festival which takes place at Fort Adam’s in Newport, RI on July 30/31. More artists are yet to be announce but so far Elvis will be playing an acoustic set on Sunday and will be joined on the weekend by Emmylou Harris, Gogol Bordello, The Decemberists, Tegan and Sarah and M Ward to name a few.
